Archaeological Materials (ISSN 0075-7039)
In 1959, the Archaeological Museum in Kraków created its own scientific journal “Materiały Archeologiczne” [“Archaeological Materials”]. Its primary aim is to publish studies accumulated since the mid 19th century on the collection of the Museum – from donations and excavations of archaeologists gathered around the institution. The results of research and analytical works conducted by the staff of the Museum also take priority.

The annual dedicated to the archaeology of Nowa Huta was published in 1968-2010 (25 volumes).
